Recognizing that securing high-level technical personnel, including the electrical and electronic industries, is an important issue for Japanese manufacturing companies, the Labor Subcommittee under the auspices of the Executive Committee has been cosponsored with local universities since 2005 In addition, we hold a job fair such as booth exhibition, career talk, student interview every year.
In FY2019, we will assist member companies in exhibiting at 4 university job fairs.

- ペナンにあるマレーシア科学大学（USM）は、海外の生徒を含めて約２万人の学生を擁し、優秀なメカ系技術学生が多く、57の技術・理科系講座のコースを持つ大学です。
- セランゴール州のバンギにあるマレーシア国民大学（UKM）は、1970年に設立されたマレーシアを代表する研究大学のひとつです。
- セランゴール州のカジャンにあるテナガ大学（UNTEN）は、マレーシア最大の電力会社テナガ電力が運営する私立大学であるテナガ電力大学です。
- セランゴール州のサイバージャヤにあるマルチメディア大学（MMU）は情報工学やメディア製作、映像製作などを学べる技術大学です。
